Complaints

ACPE encourages grievances be resolved at the local center level, informally or formally. Mediation is often an option. If the grievance does not get resolved at this level, a formal complaint can be filed with ACPE Executive Director. The process of resolving complaints is located in the Professional Ethics Commission Standards Manual and a Complaint Form is available online at www.acpe.edu or can be requested from the Executive Director of ACPE, Inc.
